The Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism office is holding an exciting contest inviting everyone to "Dine-Out in Wyoming County!" This month long contest encourages consumers to "dine-out" at Wyoming County restaurants offering take out options between May 18th and June 21, 2020 and enter to win $100 in restaurant gift cards.
“Each year the Chamber co-hosts Wyoming County Restaurant Week, which features special dishes for a promotional price and invites people to eat at their favorite restaurants to highlight the great local eateries located in Wyoming County,” said Scott Gardner, president of the Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism office. “The COVID-19 pandemic has changed so much about how we get to enjoy our favorite activities. We came up with a fun way to encourage our community to support their favorite local restaurants by picking up take-out and earning a chance to win. It’s a great way to help local businesses and encourages our community to rally around local restaurants.”
To win a $100 restaurant gift card, participants simply need to turn in their receipts from dining out at any Wyoming County restaurant by sending them to the Wyoming County Chamber office at 36 Center Street, Warsaw, NY 14569, or by taking a picture and texting it to 585-409-1076, along with a name and phone number. All receipts must have the Wyoming County restaurant's name printed on them. For every $50 spent, participants will earn an entry to win. The $50 does not need to be spent all at one restaurant, it can be spent at multiple locations and add up to $50 to qualify as an entry. Consumers can earn an extra entry if they share a picture of their take-out on the Chamber's Facebook page at @wyomingcountychamberofcommerce and use the hashtag #DineOutWyCo.
The contest will run from May 18th until June 21, 2020. The contest winner will be announced on June 23, 2020. Menus from local restaurants can be found at www.wycochamber.org and the Chamber's Facebook page. A list of restaurants open for takeout can be found at www.gowyomingcountyny.com.
