WYOMING COUNTY CHAMBER ANNOUNCES SIX SESSION LEADERSHIP “BOOT CAMP” PROGRAM

Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Jerry Chelus, CEO of Top Line Solutions, to present “Top Line Performers,” a six session leadership development program beginning on November 5th and running through December 17th. The "boot camp" styled leadership course builds at the individual level by developing high profile skills and attitudes that help businesses drive revenue, increase employee productivity, and cut training budgets.

The six sessions cover topics on Pro-active mindset; Business Communications; Developing trust, culture and an army of supporters; Leading change; Motivating others to act; and Continuous improvement process. 

Each session contains three primary elements and is a learning opportunity that develops very specific skills. Participants are first briefed in the “Skills Tool Kit” on core concepts and best practices that will be developed in the up-coming sessions. Participants then take part in skill development exercises that provide simulations of real life situations.  These simulations provide an opportunity to practice the skills presented in the Tool Kit segment. Professional coaching helps participants gain a better understanding of personal strength's and receive helpful feedback and skill development to correct need areas. In the final segment of every session, participants present case studies about their personal experiences applying skills developed in the previous session.  

The program runs on Thursdays, November 5, 12, 19, and December 3, 10, 17. Participants must attend all six sessions to graduate from the program. All sessions run from 6:00 PM until 9:30 PM at the Wyoming County Business Services Center, 6470 Route 20A, Suite 6, Perry, NY. The cost is $635.00 per person for Chamber members and $749.99 per person for non-Chamber members. Similar training programs can run as high as $1,200.00 per student.
